I have just gotten back from a month-long trek that started in Springfield, Il. 4 weeks in a row is a lot on your body and mind!!! I have to say even though the golf wasnt that good I did enjoy myself and my time traveling. We had some fun and exciting times in Atlantic City,NJ, our second stop of the month. Keratin was wonderful enough to allow me to pick 6 friends that are out on tour to go to Martino Cartier’s Salon in Swell,NJ so that they could experience the Keratin Complex treatment! If you are in the New Jersey area I recommend going to Martino’s, it was one of the nicest salon I have EVER been too! His staff was so sweet and we had so much fun that evening!  I have to say I was so amazedwith the transformations it really was hard to believe the before and afters!The talk on the tour that week were the girls and how amazing the girls hair looked! I hadn’t had the treatment done on my hair for a few months, and now that I have had it done 3 times in the past year and a half its amazing to see how quickly the process gets each time! Your hair absorbs the Keratin more and more each time which makes the treatment time so much faster.

Now that I am home we have 6 weeks until our next event in the States. I have some time to work on things that really affected my performance. Until next time!

Its been a while since I last wrote you. The ladies golf world hasn’t been too busy but we are now getting ready for a 5 week stretch of events (finally!!!) . My last blog was about 2months ago and we’ve only had 2 event since, Mexico and Mobile,Ala. The event in Mexico was in a city called Morelia. I was quite nervous going to Mexico with all that is going on over there but once we landed and spent a day everything was fine and never once felt that safety would be an issue. The people of Mexico are so wonderful to us when we come there, it has to be the most hospitable place we go to all year! And the crowds are awesome. The weather in Mexico was quite warm I have to say. We are at 7,000 ft so you feel like the sun is touching you! My hair was fabulous the whole time. It is so nice to know that even in the hottest conditions my hair stays and looks so perfect and healthy!

After a long journey back to the states(26 hrs total with layovers and delays) I have to say there is no place like home! I had 2 weeks to get ready for the Bell Micro Classic in Mobile,Ala. I love going to the state of Alabama since I went to school in Auburn, so I was very excited to get there.

Before the trip, I decided to give my hair a little at home extra care with the RX Treatment, this is a little clear liquid that you put in your hair and its like a re boost of some extra Keratin. It has been about 3 months since I had my last treatment and this is a way to help make the treatment last even longer and give it a little extra shine!

I can’t tell you how many compliments I got on how my hair looked longer because of the straightness, people were asking if I had put in extensions because my hair looked ‘too perfect’ and when I tell people that all I did was blow dry they never believe me!

Alabama is one of the most humid and hottest places I’ve ever been to, and I live in South Florida. And as all my friends have there hair in buns or picked up because their hair is out of control because of the humidity, I never have to worry about it,which is so nice since I have so much to worry about!

I am on a plane right now heading to Dallas,TX to go work with my swing coach, I’ve been having a few issues with my swing that has ended up costing me a few shots here and there but those few shots have prevented me from making the cut in the last 3 events. After my work here I will be heading to Springfield,Illinois , Atlantic City,NJ, Rochester,NY and then Toledo,Oh for 4 events in a row. I’m so excited about 4 in a row because it allows me to get some momentum going with my game.

I just had my first event of the year and missed the cut by a stroke. Major bummer but to put things into perspective my game is really close! For the first event of the year I am happy with where things are and so ready for the next event. Since the LPGA lost a few events this past year, the next event isn’t till April 28-May2, so I have time to prepare and fix a few things in my game that needs fixing.

After San Diego, I met up with a friend for a week’s vacation across California. We started our journey on a Sunday and drove north to Fresno,I have to say it was the most beautiful drive I’ve EVER been on. I never realized how beautiful the state of California was! We stayed in Fresno a few days, my friend David is a pilot for the Marines and is based there. I was able to go on base and see all the jets and behind the scenes stuff, it was so awesome!

We stayed  there for a few days then drove to Monterey, for the most exciting day of my life! I was fortunate enough to get to play Pebble Beach! A small dream of mine  was to get the chance to play that course and it exceeded my expectations!  It was the first time in my life where I was so distracted on the course because of the views and beauty of the land.

After Pebble we drove to San Francisco and met up with one of my friends Kay Cockriell and her Husband, Danny. Danny works for the San Francisco Giants and gave us a tour of the entire stadium. I have been to many places but never have I seen a facility like they have there!

Saturday morning, we woke up and drove to Napa to do wine tasting. I have 2 recommendations, Kuleto Estate and Round Pond. Both were amazing in their own distinct way. Of the two, Kuleto was my favorite because it was on top of a mountain. You have to drive 2 miles up to get there and it is def. worth it  going too. Napa is somewhere where I hope to go visit again.

Sunday morning we drove back to San Francisco to go over the Golden Gate bridge, Ghiradelli Square, and Alcatraz, which if you havent gone to you need to go to! It is an experience.

This was def. a trip of a lifetime but like all good things they come to an end and it was back home and back to the daily grind! I have been working very hard on my game the past 2 weeks and am counting the days until the next event.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Nicole Hage. I am 24 and a member of the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association). I am going into my third year as a      professional and my first full year out on the LPGA. I grew up in South Florida and  graduated from Auburn University in 2007. I finally have achieved my  lifelong dream of playing golf professionally!

So most of you are probably wondering how Keratin and me paired up? Well athletes need to look good too!! After meeting one of the representatives and getting my hair done before last year US Women’s Open, it was a no brainer that I had to be a part of this product! I can’t really tell you how amazing it is and what it has done for my hair. It is something that you have to try at least once to see how it can change your hair!
